Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

All tags and safety seals must be intact.

You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like treats or food), personalized items, and specific grooming products (unless defective).
How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@getFurrivo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
